Sales Terms
Our Sales Terms constitute an integral part of Burdys Auto Detail's Terms of Use, outlining additional conditions that all users or guests must adhere to when availing themselves of our home car detailing service. When you schedule an appointment online or by phone with Burdys Auto Detail, it is imperative to review and agree to these terms and conditions before confirming the appointment. Once an appointment is booked, you are obligated to comply with the terms and conditions outlined herein.
Detailing Packages
Burdys Auto Detail provides three distinct detailing options tailored for four different car types. Prices and the contents of detailing packages are subject to Burdys Auto Detail's discretion and may be modified at any time. All changes will be duly reflected in-person or online at www.burdysautodetail.com.
Payment Terms & Conditions
Payments for bookings are processed upon completion of the requested service. Burdys Auto Detail accepts various payment methods, including cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, debit card, and credit card. In the event of a declined card, Burdys Auto Detail will prompt the customer to address the payment issue. A collection process will commence 48 hours after non-receipt of payment following the completion of services.
Booking Terms & Conditions
Customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings, money, and valuables from their vehicles before detailing. Burdys Auto Detail assumes no liability for loss or damage to personal property, including the serviced vehicle and its contents. It is essential to ensure that the vehicle is serviced in a lawful and secure area. If concerns arise, communicate with your car detailing specialist. Cleaning is done at the customer's risk, and any damage claims are limited to the service cost.
Late Cancellation & Rescheduling
Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled date. Within the 48 hours, a $80 fee is applicable to compensate our technicians. This policy applies to retail-priced car detailing services.
Satisfaction Policy
If there is clear evidence that the detailing specialist did not fulfill the ordered package or poor craftsmanship is evident, Burdys Auto Detail will redo the unsatisfactory portion at no additional cost. Claims must be filed within 24 hours of service completion through phone (425-361-3003), or text message (425-361-3003), with accompanying pictures sent to burdysautodetail@gmail.com.
Website Terms of Use
From time to time, Burdys Auto Detail may offer a referral program which enables you to earn credits redeemable for Burdys Auto Detail services by sharing a unique referral link provided to you by Burdys Auto Detail (“Referral Link”) with your friends. Note that combining credits & coupons is not possible. To qualify for credits, the referred customer must be a new customer of Burdys Auto Detail and use your Referral Link to sign up for the Services. You may not collect referrals by:
♦ self-referring by using multiple or false names, identities, accounts or email addresses;
♦ referring anyone who is an existing Burdys Auto DetailBurdys Auto Detail customer, including an existing customer with an account under an alternate email address;
♦ using spam or sending unsolicited emails to persons they don’t personally know to collect referrals, or otherwise violating any applicable law, rule, regulation or third party terms of use;
♦ posting on message boards, public forums, coupon sites or other online venues;
♦ permitting another individual to use the referring customer’s account;
♦ referring fake people to Burdys Auto Detail , impersonating another person, or otherwise providing Burdys Auto Detail with false or misleading information;
♦ using the Referral Link in any manner that is disparaging or that otherwise portrays Burdys Auto Detail in a negative light; or
♦ Refering customers in violation of any other restriction we impose on participants in our referral program in our discretion upon prior notice.
♦ If Burdys Auto Detail determines in its sole discretion that there has been a violation of these terms, Burdys Auto Detail reserves the right to cancel or rescind any accrued credits and/or determine that either or both the referred customer and referring customer are ineligible to participate in this or future offers. Referring customers may also be liable for civil and/or criminal penalties under applicable law. Burdys Auto Detail reserves the right to void, verify or adjust credits at any time prior to or following posting and redemption.
